Today, June 9, 2017, North Hollywood Senior High celebrates the graduation of over five hundred high school seniors. In honor of their four years as public school students, we at Vector would like to wish all the graduates a warm good luck and goodbye. The juniors and underclassmen who run this blog are truly grateful for all the friendships and funny Senior Night stories that the Class of 2017 has provided them; even more recently, several seniors conducted a college talk panel in Miss Underwood’s room, similar to the one hosted by McCollaum House seniors at the last house meeting.
The graduating students have faced many trials and tribulations on their journey through high school, experiencing several staffing changes, the CAHSEE, both Smarter Balance tests, and the trying season in which college applications are due. We know each and every one of them will go on to succeed in different aspects of life, and hopefully a fresh crop of alumni will visit at this time next year. Best of luck and best of wishes, and cheers to the Class of 2017!
